THE PARTICIPATION TO THIS SPIRITUAL RETREAT WILL INCLUDE THE INITIATION INTO THE SECRET BIJA-MANTRA OF RUDRA-SHIVA 

• The initiation in the mantra of Rudra-Shiva will take place both in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca on Wednesday, 8th July, 19 pm local time and in August in Costinești. 
• For the initiations  in Bucharest and in Cluj please register until 3rd July on our app. There you will receive the confirmation with which you may attend (Details about the app you can find bellow).
• If one just shows up at the location without subscribing previously and are eligible to attend will have to offer a donation of 50 lei as a compensation.

• ❖ For the live event we will use Zoom App. The link and password to connect with us on Zoom online platform will be uploaded into our app a few days prior to the beginning of the live event. They are not to be shared with someone else.
• ❖ It is not our responsibility whether someone attends or not this event, or if they miss parts of it due to issues that are not caused by us. Also, it is your responsibility to get in touch us in due time if for any reason you did not receive from us the necessary information to join the  live event. 
• ❖ VERY IMPORTANT! We ask you kindly to join the webinars on Zoom platform using the names you have subscribed with (name and surname). If you use another name which we cannot identify on our subscribers’ list we will remove you and you will not be able to rejoin that meeting and also, you will not be able to recuperate what you have missed. Please join using just one device and not several and regularly check the chat box for messages in case we need to get in touch with you. 
• ❖ If you subscribed only for the live event but cannot attend it and consequently wish a transfer for the replay session, make sure you inform us and receive a confirmation from us before the beginning of the retreat.
• ❖ We have created a Telegram channel where we will send you reminders, notifications and materials. Join the Telegram channel via app.

Replay session based on recordings

• ❖ On 3rd July, at 10:00 CEST, we will upload in our app the links and passwords to rewatch the retreat. If, after this time, you do not find them, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@nicolaecatrina.com. The links for the recordings will remain active until the times indicated above. Please make sure to complete watching the videos within this period. No extensions will be granted.
• ❖ The participation fee is non-refundable, except in the event that the workshop does not take place.
• ❖ We bear no responsibility if you do not attend the event or if you attend only partially. It is also your responsibility to notify us in due time if, for any reason, you have not received the login details.
• ❖ Audio or video recording of this event is not permitted.
• ❖ We kindly ask you to act with integrity and not to attend this replay session together with other persons who have not paid the participation fee.
